DALLAS. At its annual TransForum Users Conference here, TMW Systems announced that it has signed a “strategic alliance agreement” with Microdea, a provider of integrated document management and workflow solutions. The deal will allow TMW to resell a new co-branded version of Microdea’s document management software solutions called TMW-Synergize. According to TMW, this alliance will bring “improved enterprise document management and workflow to TMW Customers.”
Under the agreement, TMW will offer Microdea’s enterprise document management and workflow solutions to complement its enterprise transportation software applications. TMW said there would be a “special focus on business process improvement and automation.”
TMW added that the new TMW-Synergize solution “will be unique in the depth of integration and value to the TMW Systems software offering, adding a strong return on investment (ROI) component for customers.” The company noted it will continue to develop, support and enhance both its existing imaging product as well as integrations to other partner imaging solutions.
