Barloworld expands Freightliner operations

Barloworld Limited has announced the acquisition, through its Memphis-based Freightliner dealership division, of 100% of the stock of Northwest Arkansas Truck and Equipment Inc. (NWATE), of Springdale, AR. for $5 million.
Barloworld Limited has announced the acquisition, through its Memphis-based Freightliner dealership division, of 100% of the stock of Northwest Arkansas Truck and Equipment Inc. (NWATE), of Springdale, AR. for $5 million.

NWATE operates two Freightliner dealerships, in Springdale and in Van Buren, AR.

The company said the acquisition is in line with Barloworld’s intention to grow its Freightliner business.
