New Penn makes appointments

New Penn Motor Express has promoted John McCloy to the new position of vp-operations and will be responsible for central dispatch, terminal operations, customer service and engineering. Mike Treanor will assume McCloy's former position of vp-central division. Succeeding Treanor as terminal manager for its Camp Hill, PA facility will be Jerry Lafferty.
