Trinity Logistics has acquired Team Eagle Logistics. The Scottsdale, Arizona-based logistics company will become Trinity’s seventh Regional Service Center, expanding the company’s West Coast footprint and aiming to position the company for better service and carrier relationships in the western 11 states.

Team Eagle Logistics, founded in 2014 by Michael Gentile and Bill Grieder, has grown to revenues of $53 million annually. By joining Trinity Logistics, they will continue to offer relationship-based service and expand freight and technology offerings to their customers and carriers as Trinity’s Scottsdale RSC.

Trinity Logistics, which has been in the freight brokerage business for over 40 years and is part of the Burris Logistics family, offers truckload, less-than-truckload, intermodal, expedited, drayage, international, warehousing, and technology solutions. This acquisition aims to bring greater coast-to-coast capability and enhance the Trinity Experience for shipper and carrier customers.
