J. J. Keller announces Stephanie Schmidt as new VP of client service
J. J. Keller & Associates recently appointed Stephanie Schmidt as the company's new VP of client service, effective January 1. Schmidt will succeed Kari DuBois, who is retiring.
With nearly 18 years of experience at J. J. Keller, Schmidt has played roles in account management and service operations. Her expertise in delivering high-quality compliance solutions has been instrumental in the success of J. J. Keller's Managed Services. Previously serving as the senior director of service operations, Schmidt has demonstrated her commitment to operational excellence, quality, and client satisfaction.

Dana Inc. appoints Nora LaFreniere to its board of directors
Dana Inc. recently appointed Nora LaFreniere to the company's board of directors, effective immediately.
LaFreniere serves as the EVP and general counsel of Otis Worldwide Corporation, a global, publicly traded company. In this role, she oversees the company's global legal, compliance, business development, intellectual property, security, government relations, quality, and environmental, health, and safety functions.

Norfolk Southern names Ann A. Adams chief human resources officer
Norfolk Southern Corp. has named Ann A. Adams as chief human resources officer. PC Bryant has been named VP of human resources, reporting to Adams.
Adams has overseen culture change, relocation, and design of Norfolk Southern's headquarters, national rail labor negotiations, and more. She was named among Atlanta Business Chronicle's Women of Influence in 2022 and one of 10 Influential leaders for 2021 by Railway Age.
