Mitchell 1 has announced that Schneider National has signed a contract to use the Mitchell 1 Tractor-Trailer.net web-based service and repair information source for heavy-duty tractors, dry vans and reefers dating back to 1990.

Tractor-Trailet.net will be used at all of Schneider’s service and maintenance centers nationwide. This will give them simultaneous access to the Tractor-Trailer.net program 24/7, Mitchell 1 said.

“Our technicians found the entire system very user-friendly and saved them a great deal of time. The color writing diagrams are sate-of-the-industry and a value-added reference tool for us,” said Schneider vp—maintenance operations Tom Culver.

Schneider operates 11,000 tractors and 48,000 trailers. Trailer-Trailer.net is updated monthly and comes complete with service repair information for transmissions, axles, ABS and brake systems, and suspensions, including sub-circuit color wiring diagrams for over 1,100 Class 7 and 8 tractors, 1,800 trailers and 200 reefers.
