Feb. 24, 2023
The nearly 30,000-square foot-facility lies just southwest of the city off of the Interstate 79 and 376 corridors. Services include maintenance and repair, and load transfers.
McGann and Chester opened a heavy-duty truck repair facility in Carnegie, Pennsylvania, to complement its truck repair, road service, towing, and hauling business, the company stated in a press release.

The nearly 30,000-square-foot Pittsburgh Truck Center is near the Interstate 79 and Interstate 376 interchange. It features a quick lube bay, three quick service repair bays, 13 general repair bays, and a loading dock built to perform load transfers.

"We saw a need to help large- to medium-sized fleets find a quick, consistent, and reliable full-service truck service facility in this region," said owner Bill Chester.

The family-owned McGann and Chester's towing business operates 24/7 in Western Pennsylvania. Founded in 1989, it has locations in Pittsburgh, Carnegie, and Valencia, Pennsylvania.

"We've prided ourselves on building relationships with folks in the trucking industry for nearly 45 years and are excited to take things to the next level with our new truck repair facility," said Bob McGann, owner.
