Mitsubishi Fuso Truck of America said its new 2012 Canter FE Series medium duty commercial truck models began arriving from Japan at U.S. ports this April at: Baltimore, MD; Jacksonville, FL; San Diego, CA; and Tacoma, WA.
So far, the company said it has received more than 850 vehicles with more vehicles scheduled to arrive in the coming weeks.
“We’re pleased that we have the first deliveries of our new Canter FE Series commercial trucks on the ground in U.S. ports, and have been able to start moving them to our dealer network,” noted Todd Bloom, MFTA’s president and CEO. “We’re also pleased to report that Mitsubishi Fuso Truck & Bus Corp., our Japanese parent company, continues to ramp up production after the earthquake and tsunami in Japan.”
