Penske Truck Leasing has named Sherry Sanger senior vice president of marketing. Sanger has served as vice president of marketing since 2004. In her new position, she will be responsible for all marketing functions globally.
Sanger began her career at General Electric’s Lighting and Capital divisions. She joined Penske in 1998.
“Sherry is a talented leader and strategist who has been instrumental in elevating our brand over the last several years,” said Brian Hard, Penske Truck Leasing president & CEO. “We congratulate her on this well-deserved promotion, and look forward to her continued success as she takes on this new role.”
Sanger serves on the board of directors for Opportunity House in Reading, Pa. She is a founding member of the Penske Diversity Council and the Penske Women’s Network, and has been actively involved with women’s leadership initiatives with the Greater Reading Chamber of Commerce.
