MHC Kenworth expands into Ohio

June 6, 2014

Murphy-Hoffman Co. (MHC) has acquired a dealership in Chillicothe, OH, as it expands its footprint into that state. The dealership is one of five Kenworth dealerships owned by Hissong Group, Inc.

MHC’s expanded network now includes 93 dealerships and leasing locations across 12 states.

The Chillicothe dealership enables MHC to expand to meet the ever-changing needs of current customers, and offer new customers a multi-state network of support, the company said.

“For more than three decades, MHC has continued to grow, offering customers more locations and award-winning services,” CEO Tim Murphy said. “We look forward to building upon that tradition as we support customers with our presence in Ohio.”

The full-service dealership will continue its current hours of service. It is located off Interstate 23 and sells new and used trucks as well as parts and provides service for all makes and models.
