The 2024-2025 WIT Index was just released with new results relating to gender diversity in trucking.

Each year, the Women In Trucking Association conducts research to help determine the current makeup of the trucking industry when it comes to women. The 2024-25 WIT Index was just released with new results relating to gender diversity in trucking.

According to WIT, the results of this index come from a survey conducted by the association from August 2023 to April 2024. The survey respondents were transportation organizations that were asked to provide information on their company’s demographics, status of the company’s diversity and inclusion policy, and percentages of females in various roles within the company.

Approximately 350 respondents participated in the survey by reporting their organizations’ gender diversity statistics. The following gallery goes into more detail on the parties surveyed and the specific results of the 2024-2025 WIT Index.
