Owens Corning has chosen MicroAnalytics Inc's TruckStops routing and scheduling software to route shipments for its 40 facilities in the United States and Canada.

The inventor of glass fiber and glass fiber insulation, Owens Corning creates and ships many different types of building materials for both residential and commercial customers. It purchased the TruckStops software for the 25 transportation planners in its Toledo OH headquarters. They use a combination of common carrier and private fleet vehicles to handle 400-500 consolidated shipments per week.
