C H Robinson Worldwide Inc, an Eden Prairie MN-based logistics provider, reported year-end 2003 revenues of $3.6 billion compared with $3.3 billion in 2002. Income was $114.1 million in 2003 versus $96.3 million a year earlier.
Fourth-quarter 2003 net income was $29.4 million, compared with $24.3 million in the same period a year before.
John P Wiehoff, chief executive officer, said, “Going into early 2004, we anticipate continued increases in economic activity, accompanied by rising freight levels. At this point we don't expect the new hours-of-service (HOS) regulations to have a material impact on our growth or profitability.”
