Fresh Express Salutes Drivers of the Year

Fresh Express honored its drivers of the year at its national carrier meeting in Scottsdale AZ recently. Jim and Lisa Piper of KLLM Inc were recognized as national driving team of the year. The Pipers transported 53 loads for Fresh Express during 2000, driving about 115,000 miles of their total 250,000 miles driven for KLLM in 2000. They were presented with the Fresh Express 2000 Team of the Year plaque. The Pipers, from Big Bear Lake CA, have been driving 11 years for KLLM. They are “million-milers,” having driven for KLLM more than one million miles with a spotless safety record.
