Lynn's Inc, an independent supermarket chain based in South Dakota, has purchased three Family Thrift Center stores from Nash Finch Co. It will operate the three Black Hills-area stores under the Lynn's Dakotamart banner. The acquired supermarkets are in Belle Fourche, Hot Springs, and Spearfish SD.

Nash Finch has supplied the Lynn's group since 2000. The three stores will be switched gradually to Lynn's ownership by January 2006.
