Affiliated Foods Southwest and Berner Food Service Inc have chosen the Retalix Power Enterprise software portfolio for companywide implementation.
Based in Little Rock AR, Arkansas, Affiliated Foods Southwest is a wholesale cooperative distributing food products to member stores in the southwestern United States. Oxnard CA-based Berner Food Service is a privately held broad line foodservice distributor serving thousands of foodservice outlets in Southern California. It is a division of RVL Group.
Retalix Power Enterprise is an integrated software system tailored for the needs of grocery, convenience, and foodservice distributors. It will provide Affiliated Foods Southwest with a single, synchronized system for total business management, optimizing all key departments. Berner Food Service intends to replace an aging UNIX-based custom software system with the Retalix Power Enterprise suite of applications.
Implementation of Retalix Power Enterprise at the two companies has already begun and is scheduled to be completed in 2006.
