Hendrickson Long-life System (HLS), a new factory-installed wheel end, is an addition to the company's Ready-to-Roll (RTR) options. A limited five-year, 500,000-mile system for Intraax and Vantraax suspensions in on-highway applications, HLS helps haulers forget the maintenance hassles of trailer wheel ends.

HLS offers a choice of ductile iron, AID (Dura-Light), or aluminum hub materials and HN or HP axles to meet weight and durability requirements in a range of applications.

Components of the HLS include Timken bearings, a ventless hubcap, synthetic semi-fluid grease, and a Hendrickson wheel-end ventilation system (patent pending).

The system may be serviced with Hendrickson-authorized parts available at most dealers in North America. Contact Hendrickson, 800 S Frontage Rd, Woodridge IL 60517-4904 for more information.
