Cole Hersee Co introduces the Green ABS Socket, designed to protect against misconnecting the antilock braking system (ABS) between a truck and trailer. The socket provides a stand-alone circuit connection for a trailer's ABS.

The Green ABS Socket complies with SAE standard J560b and deters misconnection between the increased number of trailer circuits associated with new systems. The Green Socket is a standard seven-pole socket that matches the green ABS cable, which has been adopted as a standard by many trucking companies and fleets. The matching color safeguards drivers from inadvertently misconnecting the ABS plug into a different trailer socket.
