Hendrickson has launched its Fleet Awareness program with the mailing of a folder and the first four in a series of 12 bulletins addressing industry issues and maintenance topics related to trailer suspension systems.

In November 2000, more than 20,000 fleets received a folder that included bulletins titled Air Ride: Overview, Understanding Ride, Roll Stability, and Smart Spec'ing, as well as a 2001 calendar. Bulletins scheduled for the second and third mailings will cover trailer walk, weight, tire care, fuel economy, and ride height.

Bulletins are tabbed by number for reference and organization when they are added to the folder.
