Bendix chosen one of Ohio's best employers

The Ohio Chamber of Commerce and the Ohio Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) have again recognized Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems LLC as one of the Best Employers in Ohio.

Bendix was ranked fourth on the list for the second consecutive year. It was the only manufacturer, the sole Lorain County winner, and the only Northeast Ohio employer within the top four to be selected among 11 finalists in the “large employer” category, defined as having 200 or more employees.

Best Employer winners were chosen based on a two-part process. The first part consisted of an evaluation of workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics. The second part, worth 75 percent of the score, came from the results of a random employee satisfaction survey within each nominated company.
