Duda turns two operations into subsidiaries

As of Jan 1, 2006, two of A Duda & Sons Inc's agricultural divisions have been converted into wholly owned subsidiaries.

As of Jan 1, 2006, two of A Duda & Sons Inc's agricultural divisions have been converted into wholly owned subsidiaries.

The Oviedo FL-based firm's national fresh fruit and vegetable operations have combined to become Duda Farm Fresh Foods Inc, and its frozen processed vegetable and beverage operations are to be formed into Duda Products Inc during first quarter 2006.

A Duda & Sons will supply corporate services to the subsidiaries.
