Total Logistic Control (TLC), the Zeeland MI-based provider of third-party logistics and dedicated manufacturing services, is continuing to expand its nationwide network through the purchase of TSI, the over-the-road transportation division of TWL Corp, based in Erie PA.

TSI is a regional truckload carrier serving primarily the food industry with dry and refrigerated transportation services. The acquisition includes 39 tractors and 118 trailers, plus an 18,500-square-foot maintenance and operations terminal. Substantially all TSI associates will be retained.

The TSI acquisition brings the TLC fleet to more than 350 tractors with 560 dry and refrigerated trailers.
