International Marketing Inc (IMI) has expanded the Snapshot fleet tire survey system with three new modules.
Snapshot 2.0 includes Quickshot reports that detail vehicle ID number, odometer reading, four tread depth measurements, air pressure readings, and corrected air pressure readings if the system is attached to an air line. The module also includes exception reports, which highlight vehicle ID number, wheel position, tire inspection report codes, and actions required.
Snapshot 2.0 Plus offers Quickshot, as well as a scrap tire analysis, a query task that ends in a formatted or customized report; send/receive codes; and parameters to/from other Snapshot systems.
Snapshot 2.0 Advanced offers Quickshot, as well as host/guest capabilities. It also features a Documented Air Pressure Maintenance Module (DAPM) that enables the tire inspector to bypass all other routine functions and computer screens, and just focus on air pressure.
