Lineage Logistics, a warehousing and logistics company backed by principal investment firm Bay Grove, is beginning an expansion of its Tacoma WA cold storage distribution facility. The new project will be completed in 2015 and will nearly triple the building’s frozen warehouse capacity.
With the expansion, Lineage’s leading presence in the region will total nearly 1.5 million square feet of refrigerated warehousing space across five Washington-area warehouses in Seattle, Algona, Tacoma, and Centralia.
“We are excited to actively support our customers’ growth by providing expanded warehousing and logistics solutions in Tacoma,” said Bill Hendricksen, chief executive officer of Lineage Logistics. “The expansion, combined with our strong regional team and our continued investment in new building innovations, will enrich our world-class solution offering in the Pacific Northwest.”
