International Truck and Engine Corp offers a web-based system that provides services and background information for its customers. The International Service Information Solutions (ISIS) is a Microsoft Windows-based program that gives fleet owners and technicians information including original service manuals and updated bulletins, campaigns, newsletters, operator manuals, warranty coverage and coding manuals, new vehicle processing manuals, and standard repair time information.
Previously available to International dealers and employees, ISIS is now accessible by International fleet owners and technicians through a paid subscription from an International dealer.
By typing in a vehicle identification number, technicians will have access to a library of service and repair information about their truck. Because this information is maintained in real time, technicians will be able to pinpoint maintenance problems faster.
