“We are pleased and proud to be able to offer a SQF-certified warehousing option to food producers and processors in the Intermountain Region,” said Randy Benish, DTS general manager. “Diversified Transfer & Storage is totally committed to food safety. Achieving this certification is a means to strengthen our relationship with our customers while ensuring the safe storage and handling of our customers’ food products. Protecting the consumer is DTS’s number one priority.”
SQF certification is recognized worldwide as one of the food industry’s leading food safety and food quality designations. To earn this certification, a facility must pass two thorough onsite audits in which they are evaluated based on compliance with and implementation of rigorous food safety procedures and policies.
