England Logistics has acquired an ownership interest in freight forwarding company Dynalink Systems of Inglewood CA. Details of the arrangement were not disclosed. According to England Logistics president Sean Snow, "With this merger, we now have offices in New York and throughout China. This resource allows England Logistics to better manage the process of international shipping—from origin through destination. By moving upstream into China, we control freight flows, imports, and exports."
