After the devastating Midwest floods of August 2007, Sibby's Premium Organic Ice Cream has recovered and is back at full production. The manufacturer also has announced the launch of new packaging and the debut of its first organic ice cream parlor in Viroqua WI.
An independent ice cream manufacturer, Sibby's was founded in 2001 by “Sibby,” or Sue, Sebion, who heads the company. Sibby's is a hand-made organic ice cream custard made from fresh, local milk. The product is gluten-free and made without gums or artificial ingredients. Sebion herself oversees every step in production.
With national distribution through United Natural Foods, Sibby's is available in all Midwest Whole Foods Markets and many food co-ops and natural food stores in about 16 states.
