OHL is establishing a Community of Practice (CoP) platform to encourage collaborations, learning opportunities, discussions, and events for the middle Tennessee transportation industry in partnership with the local Nashville Project Management Institute (PMI) chapter.
A third-party logistics (3PL) provider, OHL will be the sponsor for this CoP supporting collaborative networking opportunities that lead to the successful delivery of projects in the transportation industry.
“We are really pleased to have OHL sponsor and help launch the Transportation CoP,” said Jennifer Schenck, board president of the Nashville chapter PMI. “Most people are unaware of the growth and size of the transportation and warehousing industry in the middle Tennessee area. The launch of CoP helps support an important industry and community for these professionals.”
The inaugural meeting will be a special interactive event, and Darren Cockrel, OHL’s chief information officer, will speak at the event taking place October 15 at OHL’s Brentwood TN headquarters. Access www.pminashville.org to register for the event.
