As the freight transportation industry gears up for 2015, FTR’s macroeconomy expert and senior consultant Bill Witte will review developments in the economy and discuss the economic outlook in 2015 during a complimentary State of Freight webinar scheduled for Thursday, January 8 at 11 am Eastern time.
In this 30-minute webinar, moderated by Eric Starks, president of FTR, Witte will examine major sectors of the economy and assess major risks to the outlook. He will explore not only the US economy, but will also touch on topics such as the international sector and oil prices.
Witte said, “The US economy exits 2014 with the wind at its back. The question for 2015 is whether enough headwind or thunderstorms will develop to break that momentum.”
A participant Q&A session will be held after the presentations.
This webinar is free for participants. Registration is required prior to webinar date and can be completed by clicking here.
