Gordon Food Service acquires Halperns’ ops

Gordon Food Service has acquired Halperns’ Steak and Seafood Company, based in Atlanta GA.
Founded in 2005, Halperns’ has quickly grown to become a leading specialty distributor of meats and seafood. The company currently operates four production and distribution facilities, which are in Atlanta, Baltimore MD, Orlando FL, and Fort Lauderdale FL. With a strong and established presence in the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic areas of the United States, the company serves a variety of independent and national chain customers across much of the East Coast and beyond.
