BASF chooses KLLM Transport Services as Carrier of the Year

KLLM Transport Services, a Jackson MS-based temperature-controlled truckload carrier, has been selected as the BASF Truckload Packaged Carrier of the Year for 2014.

KLLM Transport Services, a Jackson MS-based temperature-controlled truckload carrier, has been selected as the BASF Truckload Packaged Carrier of the Year for 2014.
Jim Richards, KLLM president and chief executive officer; and Tony Reynolds, KLLM director of regional accounts, received the award during BASF’s Supplier of the Year Ceremony held at The Park Savoy Estate near BASF US corporate headquarters in Florham Park NJ.
BASF issued this statement in conferring the award: “KLLM Transport was selected as the best of the best based on our overall evaluation of five key metrics: On-time Delivery, Safety, Pricing, Customer Service, and Billing Accuracy. In addition to the scorecard, BASF also recognizes KLLM Transport Services’ excellence in the areas of customer focus and service responsiveness. KLLM has built one of the best teams in the industry. The dedication of your drivers, operations staff, sales, and customer service groups is second to none. The level of consistency in professionalism and dedication as demonstrated by your company has been evident throughout the past year.”
