Continental Logistics has launched its new Freight Brokerage division, coordinating shipments for customers throughout North America and Canada. The new program specializes in dry and/or temperature-controlled, full truckload shipments as well as volume LTL shipments for food products, beverages and consumer packaged goods.

Brokerage coordinators guide customers through the entire transportation process, from scheduling pick-ups to delivery.

Matt Clark, director of logistics, said, “The value and service we bring our customers is reliant on our established network of experienced, reputable carriers. We offer customers access to competitive quotes and the ability to schedule a pick-up using our online quote tool—to further assist our customers in their own productivity”.

Continental Logistics continues to evolve and expand service offerings to satisfy changing needs of its customers.

In addition to this freight brokerage department, the managed transportation services operation at Continental Logistics operates as a virtual “transportation department,” regardless of where a facility is located. The dedicated logistics coordinators manage the complete transportation and logistics needs of their clients completely regardless of origin, destination, shipment type or temperature required.
