SuperVision, a comprehensive fleet safety and performance management platform from Explore Information Services LLC, a Solera Holdings Inc company, is offering Document Vault, the latest expansion to the brand’s License Monitor solution for commercial fleets.
An easy-to-use, web-based storage application, Document Vault is designed to provide fleets instant and secure access to their driver records and documents.
A way to efficiently store all driver-related documents and information, Document Vault allows customizable driver document storage with the capability to designate a folder structure for each driver. The software permits fleet managers to accurately track individual driver profiles, driver records, employment files and other essential fleet information, all easily found and maintained in one location.
Additionally, the software proactively monitors expiration dates that are assigned to folders, alerting fleet managers to time-sensitive material. As a result, fleet managers no longer need to manually track driver records and documents to ensure documentation stays up to date.
“Regularly innovating our products and offerings to extend the value of SuperVision for our commercial customers is central to our mission. That’s why we’ve invested in this comprehensive and technology-focused document management solution,” said Tom Eggenberger, managing director of Explore. “Our customers appreciate the simple, straightforward design of the License Monitor platform, and Document Vault has been designed with the same philosophy in mind.”
Document Vault is now available for all SuperVision License Monitoring customers who wish to take control over their driver documentation.
