Beemac Logistics buzzes into Houston TX with new office
Beemac Logistics, a transportation and logistics solutions provider, recently opened a new office in Houston TX to better serve existing and future clients in the region.
The company, which offers flatbed, dry van and refrigerated truckload services, entered into an agreement to occupy nearly 5,000 square feet of the Towers at Westchase II on Richmond Avenue in Houston, it said.
“Over the past few years, our work in Texas has increased significantly,” said Michael Ceravolo, chief commercial officer at Beemac Logistics. “Houston has truly been a second home for Beemac Logistics for quite some time due to the fact that we have such a healthy base of loyal customers in the Houston area.”
Ceravolo says the company provides storage, material handling, transloading, inspection services, warehousing and direct discharge, as well as local and long-haul trucking with Beemac assets.
“We have a very strong base of carrier partners and service providers that work for us daily,” he claimed. “With our valued partners, we can accomplish virtually any transportation service needed for our growing client base.”
The company says the new space features “world-class” amenities, including a gym, multiple on-site restaurants, ample parking and unrestricted access to Beltway 8.
“We plan to staff this office with approximately 50 logistics professionals as Phase 1 of our Houston growth,” said Marshall Greer, Houston branch manager. “This location, paired with Beemac’s strong offering of solutions and network of capabilities, will allow us to bring the top talent in Houston to our organization.”
Beemac also operates other Houston-area facilities through its trucking business, along with a terminal in Midland TX. It also recently opened offices in Pittsburgh PA, Denver CO and Birmingham AL, and says “more offices are in the works.”
“Beemac’s growth continues to be very strong, more than doubling in size each year over the last two years,” the company said.
