Drivers, OEMs, installers, and dealers have the chance to experience the Randall Access 2015 Road Tour as the company has expanded the tour coast-to-coast. The Road Tour is featuring a Tailgate theme complete with a Tailgate Sweepstakes.
Customers from California to Massachusetts have the opportunity to walk on, step on, jump on, and provide feedback on the expanding line of Randall Access products.
Chuck Carey, Randall Manufacturing vice-president of sales, said, “Pulling into a customer’s parking lot within a trailer equipped with Access products is not something you see every day. We are committed to meeting drivers’ needs and engineering products that provide superior safety, performance, and control.”
The tour has been designed to gather insight and feedback into how drivers experience the Randall Access product line: Straight Walkramp with Lift Assist, Folding Walkramp, Elevated Platform, Floor Deployed Platforms, and Steps.
In 2014, the Road Tour made more than 50 stops, traveled for 30 days, covered 5,500 miles, and had more than 300 customers provide feedback on Randall Access products. New product lines, such as the Floor Deployed Platforms, were influenced by feedback from the drivers during the tour.
Highlights of the 2015 Road Tour include:
•A coast-to-coast tour of the United States visiting select customers, OEMs, and dealerships that began in May and concludes in November.
•A Tailgate Sweepstakes for customers to enter for a chance to win four regular season tickets to an NFL football game and other football-related prizes.
The Road Tour Tailgate experience will continue at the International Foodservice Distributors Association (IFDA) Distribution Solutions Conference within the Randall Manufacturing/Randall Access booth.
