NATM certifies Polar King trailers
The National Association of Trailer Manufacturers (NATM) recently certified Polar King International, which manufactures trailers marketed by Polar King Mobile, through its NATM Compliance Verification Program (CVP).
“The whole purpose of the Compliance Verification Program is to create safer trailers and safer roadways,” said Christian Aitken, executive vice president for Polar King Mobile. “As a NATM member, we and our parent company—Polar King International—subjected our trailers to a compliance consultation visit that utilized an 80-point checklist covering the guidelines for best manufacturing practices established for light- and medium- duty trailers.”
All Polar King Mobile trailers now will have the NATM certification.

“Polar King Mobile provides 8 to 16 foot small refrigerated trailers that are both affordable and industry-leading in all respects. Our products complement those of Polar King and Polar Leasing by providing a long absent solution to the marketplace.”
Polar King Mobile refrigerated trailers are designed and engineered for outdoor and over-the-road use. The durable, NSF-approved non-slip flooring system greatly reduces the risk of slips and falls. Since the unit is completely seamless, it can quickly be cleaned with a hose and there’s no risk of damage to the insulation. According to Polar King Mobile, the unit will look factory new with regular care and cleaning.
The new company is not selling direct to the public, but instead creating a national network of value-added resellers by recruiting top trailer distributors from the North American Trailer Dealers Association.
