Chris Nolan is a Global Key Account Manager at Shell Fleet Solutions with over 25 years of experience in fleet management, including previous roles at Ryder, GE Capital, Daimler, and T-Chek. At Shell, he partners with Fortune 500 fleet leaders to deliver customized fuel card solutions, advanced analytics, and technologies that support decarbonization goals. His work spans industries such as transportation, logistics, manufacturing, and retail. Chris holds a BBA from St. Bonaventure University and is a certified Six-Sigma Green Belt.

 

Teja Kappagantula
VP, Corporate Spend, Strategy & Operations
Allied Universal

Teja Kappagantula leads Procurement and Fleet operations at Allied Universal, overseeing a fleet of 11,000+ vehicles and a team supporting 300,000+ employees. He has led major cost-reduction and safety initiatives, including fleet integration from over 20 acquisitions and optimization of fuel programs. With 17+ years of experience across procurement, operations, and supply chain, Teja previously worked at GEP Worldwide, Colgate-Palmolive, Aricent, and HCL Tech. He holds a Master’s from IIT Mumbai and a B.Tech from NIT Warangal, and is certified in Six Sigma and AI/ML from Caltech.

 

Julie Scharff
VP, Energy Partners
WEX

Julie Scharff is Vice President of Energy Partners at WEX, bringing 25 years of experience in the payments industry. Prior to WEX, she held senior roles at MBNA/Bank of America and Visa, where she led petroleum sector strategy, EMV migration for fuel dispensers, and the rollout of contactless payments in the U.S. Julie earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from Georgetown University and studied abroad at the University of Melbourne.
