AT&T to offer TeleNav Asset Tracker

AT&T announced this week that the company will be providing a GPS-based asset tracking application by TeleNav for businesses and government agencies to monitor and report the location of their portable assets in field operations. Delivered as software-as-a service (SaaS), the TeleNav Asset Tracker provides location-based information on field-based assets such as machinery, equipment, containers and vehicles.
The announcement with TeleNav is the latest extension of AT&T’s portfolio of location-based mobile business applications. It is currently available to AT&T enterprise mobility customers.
