Location intelligence provider Telogis has purchased the assets of Remote Dynamics. Terms were not disclosed. Remote Dynamics specializes in GPS fleet management for the construction and heavy lifting industries.

Remote customers will have access to the functionality, scalability and reporting capabilities of Telogis Fleet and its enterprise platform.

“Remote Dynamics has a long and distinguished track record of providing fleet and asset management solutions in a number of major vertical markets,” said Dave Cozzens, CEO of Telogis. “Integrating the company’s established product set into Telogis’ existing suite of solutions such as Telogis Mobile and Telogis Route provide a robust offering for Remote Dynamics’ customers as well as expands our portfolio of industry competencies.”
