A Web-based ordering system from Comdata Corp. gives fleets around-the-clock access for requesting permits. The new ordering system, PermitLink, stores unit and other common information to automatically populate permit forms and provides instant assigned order numbers for trip, fuel, oversize/overweight and mobile home permits.

Other features for the new service include notification of estimated permit fees, multiple permit applications with a single log-in, order confirmation by email and status tracking for all orders. Payments can be made over the secure site by major credit card or with a valid Comdata permit account number.
