A GPS-enabled mobile resource management (MRM) service from TeleNav provides real-time information that will help managers monitor field operations and remote communications, the company said.

According to the company, TeleNav Track’s features--such as Team Timecard, overtime controls, signature and image capture, and Hot Key Alert--will allow managers to improve worker time and attendance compliance, limit overtime costs and improve employee satisfaction.

Team Timecard allows crew-based contractors to electronically manage their teams’ work and break time via BlackBerry or other mobile devices, TeleNav said. The Hot Key Alert enables employees to discreetly send location notification by email or SMS during situations that need immediate attention.

In addition, the company introduced TeleNav Enterprise Server (TES), which allows customers to integrate TeleNav Track with third-party applications such as customer relationship management (CRM), payroll, accounting and dispatch systems.
