IPD expands online service

Heavy-duty diesel and natural gas engine parts manufacturer IPD LLC has announced a new online service and support system for its distributor network.

IPDNet is available through the company’s website and offers features such as live parts availability, net pricing, electronic cataloguing and links to technical service articles, IPD said.

“The first release will be geared to North and South American and Asian distributors,” said Steve Scott, IPD director of product development and technical support. “Within a few months all our distributors serviced through the company’s European and Australian customer service centers will also be able to use this new service.”
