Wesley Curtis has joined J.J. Keller & Associates as a safety consultant. Curtis has nearly 40 years of transportation experience, including 30 years as a California Highway Patrol officer with 15 years in commercial enforcement.
He specializes in DOT compliance and safety, hazmat, CSA, and California and Oregon rules and regulations, J.J. Keller said.
