During the annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service ceremony in Las Vegas, the customer service team from Telogisearned honors in every category in which it was entered, including two gold and one silver awards – the highest honors – for achievement by individual members of the team.“Telogis’ culture of excellence is exemplified by our global support team, who in many cases become our customers’ most trusted advisors,” said Chris Belden, senior vice president, global services for Telogis. “These awards represent our team’s ability to anticipate customers’ needs, solve complex issues and continually raise the bar in terms of how we provide extraordinary experiences for customers.”Telogis technical support representative William Stapp was honored with a gold Frontline Service Professional of the Year Award, and Bryan Winkle, senior manager of second level support (2LS) earned a gold Customer Service Manager of the Year award. Tech support representative Corey Evans won the silver Young Customer Service Professional of the Year award, and the entire Telogis support department was recognized as one of the top Departments of the Year in the software category.Each year, Stevie Award winners are chosen based on submissions that exemplify outstanding support and service interactions with customers and partners.
