Luma Brighter Learning has been named a Silver winner in the Small or Medium Business Product of the Year category in the Best in Biz Awards, an independent business awards program.
According to Luma, its eNugget LMS saves motor carriers thousands per driver by streamlining the orientation process and improving training outcomes and comes with a collection of more than 500 customizable learning modules. It comes with LumaLive, a synchronous technology, that allowed transportation carriers to continue to conduct live orientation during the pandemic.
Luma reports that the demand for the technology accelerated during the COVID-19 pandemic by fleets transitioning from in-person classroom to remote training, using the Luma eNugget LMS for ongoing driver training and communication needs.
“We are honored to be recognized by such prominent industry business leaders that see Luma as a business that can adapt and serve during a pandemic,” said Dr. Gina Anderson, CEO of Luma. “Above all else, we are appreciative of our transportation clients for their tireless efforts to improve driver safety and keep the country moving.”
The judges of the program were impressed with the agility and adaptability of this year’s winners that allowed their businesses to thrive, and their willingness to always go the extra mile to help their customers in these unusual times.
“In this wild year, it’s amazing to see companies still innovating, adapting, and thriving,” said Christopher Null, author for Wired, who has judged seven of the last 10 Best in Biz Awards programs. “There’s so much in the business world that is inspirational right now.”
