The X series design includes larger condenser and evaporator coils, providing “better pull-down and superior temperature recovery from door openings and delivery,” according to Carrier Transicold.
The 50X generates airflow of 1250 cfm and has a cooling capacity of 17,000 Btu, with a set point of 35F at 100F ambient. Specs for the 40X are 860 cfm airflow and 15,000 Btu of cooling at a 35F set point.
