Ford models’ loss of brake function from brake fluid leak
Ford Motor Company is recalling certain 2017-2018 F-150, Expedition, and Lincoln Navigator vehicles. The brake master cylinder may allow brake fluid to leak from the front wheel circuit into the brake booster. A brake fluid leak can cause reduced brake function and extend the distance required to stop, increasing the risk of a crash.
This recall potentially affects 123,611 vehicles. Dealers will replace the brake master cylinder. If the master cylinder is leaking, the brake booster will also be replaced. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed April 28. Owners may contact Ford customer service at 866-436-7332. Ford's number for this recall is 25S37. This recall is an expansion of NHTSA recall number 22V-150.
Ford models’ power windows may pinch
Ford is recalling certain 2024 Ranger and 2024 Lincoln Nautilus vehicles previously repaired incorrectly under recall number 24V-597. When closing the windows with the global closing feature, the windows may not automatically reverse after detecting an object. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard Number 118, "Power-Operated Window Systems." A closing window may exert excessive force and pinch a driver or passenger before retracting, increasing the risk of injury.
This recall potentially affects 1,168 vehicles. Dealers will update the driver door module and the passenger door module software. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed May 19. Owners may contact Ford customer service at 866-436-7332. Ford's number for this recall is 25C10.
Ford E-Transit models’ high-voltage battery water damage may cause fire
Ford is recalling certain 2024-2025 E-Transit Chassis Cab vehicles. The tray side rails for the high-voltage battery pack may buckle and crack, allowing water to enter the battery. Water inside a high-voltage battery can cause an electrical short circuit, increasing the risk of a fire.
This recall potentially affects 457 vehicles. Owners are advised to park outside and away from structures until the recall repair is complete. Dealers will inspect and replace or repair the battery assembly as necessary. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed May 5. Owners may contact Ford customer service at 866-436-7332. The rearview camera, or 360-degree view camera if equipped, may not display a rearview image when the vehicle is placed in reverse. Loss of the rearview camera image can reduce the driver's rear visibility, increasing the risk of a crash.
This recall potentially affects 4,625 vehicles. Dealers will update the rearview camera software. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed May 19. Ford's number for this recall is 25S38.
Goodyear Cooper tires’ incorrect tire identification number
Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is recalling certain Cooper Discoverer Stronghold AT tires, size LT275/65R18. The tire identification number is missing the 4-digit week and year code mark. As such, these tires fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard Number 574, "Tire Identification & Recordkeeping." The inability to determine the production date of a tire can result in prolonged usage of a tire that should be replaced or unknowingly using a tire that has been recalled. Both situations increase the risk of a crash.
This recall potentially affects 170 vehicles. Dealers will replace the tires. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed May 31. Owners may contact Goodyear customer service at 800-592-3267.
Ram 1500 models’ incorrect tire inflation pressure information

This recall potentially affects 10,396 vehicles. Dealers will update the instrument panel software. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed May 8. Owners may contact FCA customer service at 800-853-1403. FCA's number for this recall is 30C.
