The coronavirus pandemic and subsequent safe distancing rules have forced Hollywood to shelve most of this summer’s slate of movies until later this year and into 2021. Meanwhile, trucks have proved themselves the real stars of the pandemic by keeping store shelves full. To honor these heavy-duty actors who have pulled all of the weight this year, we thought we’d revisit some of trucking’s juiciest roles from the past decade.
And while they may not always survive their scenes, these trucks prove they not only make our lives better, they make our movies better, too.
And a quick thank you to IMCDB.org, the internet movie cars database that meticulously catalogs every motor vehicle in a huge library of movies.
