Trucks turn pink for breast cancer awareness

Oct. 27, 2015
Trucks from many different operations are being turned pink these days to help foster more breast cancer awareness.

Mack Trucks showed its support for breast cancer awareness for the month of October by situating an all-pink Pinnacle axle-back Class 8 tractor outside of its Greensboro, NC, headquarters; joining others – from concrete haulers to firefighters – in customizing their trucks to bring more attention to this deadly cancer. National Breast Cancer Awareness Month, which occurred in October this year, is a nationwide effort to increase awareness concerning one of the most common cancers among women in the U.S.
